Actually, I feel fine but some days have trips to the bathroom as mentioned above. I am following the procedures and use Whole 30 recipes in the Whole 30 book by Melissa. I have followed Whole30 before and have always embraced it. I have returned to Whole40 and am into week three but am having difficulty with repeated diarrhea pretty much daily. Please share tips on how I can continue with adjustments to how I am cooking.
