  1. I am taking several international long flights in 2023. I’m currently doing a very strict Whole30 protocol for all of December, and intend to carry it forward into 2023 - especially avoiding sugars! My first long international trip will be in March. While I will take food on the plane with me, the airline gives option for “special meals” which include meals prepared for Diabetics; or a low fat, low calorie, low cholesterol (which appears to have minimal sugar, etc). I’m wondering if anyone knows, which of the meals is the “best option” even though not strictly Whole 30 compliant? Hoping my question is clear. I do understand that the airlines are NOT providing Whole30 compliant. I’m looking for the least impact to my system (especially as it relates to sugar). There is also a “bland” meal which will have limited “spice” ingredients. Thanks!
