I purchased the W30 App for my phone but I seem to keep getting an error when using the package scanner. The screen will blink between screens from "approved" to "product not found" and then gives incorrect product descriptions. I have been using the app for years and it seems to have just started this. I understand that not all brands or products are listed but this seems to be happening on almost everything that I scan lately. Does anyone else seem to be having an issue?
