Hi everyone, I will start the Programme on the 17th April, after my Easter vacation. I don’t want to tell my friends because I ‘ve tried so many diets. I might need all the support I can get. 8 years ago I quitted smoking thanks to the virtual support of smokefreewomen.com. So I am hopeful, I will succeed. Cheers, Angela
