  1. On day 21 and thinking about getting off. My chest hurst SO bad. I'm wondering if it's all the meat? Has anyone felt this way before? I've had chronic chest pain for over 5 years. They can find nothing medically wrong with me other than acid reflux and anxiety. I have felt like meat has hurt my chest in the past, but also don't want to ruin my whole30! I know it can take longer for your body to reset, but the pain is getting unbearable. Any advice of feedback would be much appreciative!
  2. Hi Everyone, on day 20 of my whole30. Seriously thinking about getting off. My chest hurts so bad! One of the reasons I started the whole30 is to see if it would improve my pain but unfortunately it has gotten worst. My pain tends to be MUCH better when I stay away from meat for the most part. Doctors can't find anything physically wrong with me other than acid reflux and stress (who wouldn't be stressed when they feel like a knife is in their chest)? Does anyone have any thoughts as to why my pain might be worst since starting the diet? I'm thinking today I need to take the meat out? And I know it can take longer than 20, 30, 40 days to reset your body, but I can't take this pain. Wanting to adjust the whole30 but still stay compliant...really discouraged, would love some feedback?!
  3. Melatonin?

I'm on day 14 of my whole30 and just realized that the melatonin I've been taking has fructose in it? Are my 14 days ruined?! And should I stop taking it? Totally bummed about this! :/
  4. Hey guys, I'm Kat, 31 year old female. I'm getting ready to start the Whole30 next week! Our anniversary is this weekend and I wanted to start after that. Anyway, I'm doing the Whole30 for health purposes. I have chronic pain throughout my body and I want to try this before I got back to the doctor. Reading everyone's posts has helped to know what to prepare for. I have a few questions. I'm not a huge meat eater. :/ I keep finding mixed reviews on smoothies. Can we have them or not? If I make my own almond milk and throw in a bunch of kale and a little bit of fruit is that okay? Or the canned coconut milk? Thanks in advance! Oh, and do I have to have meat at most meals? Or can I just do meat at dinner time?
