    Paleo Bread

I know it's not Whole30 compliant, but after the 30 days, is this bread something you think is ok to eat?

    Zucchini Hummus

1 medium-sized zucchini and summer squash each (or 2 zucchini), peeled and chopped 1 cup tahini, 3-4 garlic cloves 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp coriander pinch of cayenne pepper 2-3 tsp salt Place a folded cheesecloth inside a colander and set on top of a medium sized bowl. In a food processor puree the squash until smooth. Scrap puree onto the cheesecloth and set in the refrigerator for at least two hours to drain excess liquid. Return to the food processor and add remaining ingredients, processing until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to five days

    Sugar Free Gum

Here's the link: http://healthwyze.org/index.php/component/content/article/383-why-a-stick-of-gum-is-more-harmful-to-your-health-than-anything-that-you-eat.html Here's the part in the article that made me stop dead in my tracks: "When you consider that all of these ingredients are absorbed directly into the bloodstream unaltered through the mouth tissues and saliva, it is at least slightly disturbing to most rational people. It should be. We will be analyzing some of these ingredients in-depth, because we intend to debunk the myth that chewing gum is harmless and even good for you (ie. "it strengthens the teeth")."

    Sugar Free Gum

I gave up gum the instant I read an article about how bad it is for your health....just try finding a gum out there that doesn't have some sort of artificial sweetner and a crap load of chemicals! The article explains how when chewing gum, those toxic substances go directly in to your system!! YIKES! I was a die hard (almost one pack a day) chewer and I quit cold turkey. I don't care how hungry I get or how bad my breath gets (lol) I will never chew any type of gum again...I know, never say never...but, um...never!

I love my morning coffee. I used to drink it with half & half and agave, but now I skip the agave and instead of half & half I use homemade almond/coconut milk...I throw it in the blender to make it really frothy and then add it to my dark roasted coffee....what a treat!! Don't miss the agave or milk at all.
