    "Creamy" sauces??

    I used this paleo bechamel in my moussaka this week and it was delicious! Things I did differently -- My cauliflower was fresh and "riced" as I keep a container ready to go in the fridge. That helped it absorb the liquid better, I think. I think I used 2 cups of cauliflower to 1 cup of the liquid:
