    Kale chips

Glad to hear they are OK...all I did was roast some Kale with olive oil and salt. I also don't even eat them as a "snack", but as part of my food template. They are at the bottom of the veggie chart on p. 271 of ISWF

    Cauliflower rice skeptic...

I tried this yesterday and I burnt half of it Some of it was spread a little thinner on the pan than the rest and it burnt. The part that wasn't burnt was yummy. Next time I will have to keep a closer eye on it.

    Kale chips

I have been avoiding trying them because they sounded kind of gross However, I decided to bite the bullet and made some. They are AMAZING. So very happy I tried them!!! If you are procrastinating with making them...don't!!

    Short Ribs...

That's so funny! I didn't even know there were bones in there...I bought them frozen from our local farm. They are defrosting the fridge right now. Can't wait to make them. And...we have 2 dogs who will love the waste

    Short Ribs...

Although I love to cook, I have never tried short ribs. They always seemed too hard. I picked some up from the local farm today, though, to be adventurous Does anyone have a favorite recipe? Thanks!!!
  7. It's funny, I expected it to taste different...but it tasted exactly the same (but better...hard to explain)! The slices were perfectly uniform and the smokiness was wonderful. I also bought some "bacon ends" to use. You won't miss the sugar!!!

Applegate Organic Uncured Beef Hot dogs

Thanks!! On day 8 and don't want to mess up
  9. checked all the ingredients...grass fed beef, water, 2% of the following: sea salt, organic spices, organic dehydrated garlic, organic dehydrated onion, organic paprika, celery powder. Sounds good...just wondering if hot dogs are considered a "sex with your pants on" kind of product??
