    Ok thanks. I am definitely still doing it until the end of the 30 days. Not going to let a multivitamin stop me!

    I do accept that but am very confused as I have seen other posts from moderators where someone has eaten something non-compliant in error and they've said it is ok and to just carry on? And obviously the amount of non-compliant things in a multivitamin is going to be way less than in actual food (as it's only in the capsule not the contents). Can anyone clarify. I'm not going to start again as it won't be possible for me after day 30, for various reasons I can't be bothered to go into. So frustrating. Seems a bit ridiculous that taking a multivitamin can undo 12 days of clean living!

    Nom nom Paleo has some awesome sauces! My faves are the remoulade and the sriracha are amazing and we are making them every week.

    Feeling great and concerned

    Day 13 for me and not really felt any different or had side effects. Which is pretty hard for the motivation levels. I am definitely doing it to the letter. Have only eaten what I have made from scratch since I started. Man I would kill for a wine. And I'm not even half way yet!

    I am on day 12!! Going well so far although not noticing major differences. Or any in fact. I have probably lost a little weight though but that wasn't a goal. Wine is the the thing I miss most! I was also unwell this week and craving pasta but didn't give in thank god.
  11. Sweet potato hash from Nom Nom Paleo with sausage or bacon through it is amazing! You can add an egg when you feel like it. I hear you. I am going to scream if I have another veggie frittata for brekkie!!

    Day 10- Ready to Quit!

    Also get the Nom Nom book! I find all the time in the kitchen hard and that's coming from someone who cooked a lot previously and enjoyed it. It's hard work. I am day 12 and also don't feel different and have been unwell to boot... But sticking with it It's normal to have good and bad days. I also get the daily emails which I have found helpful. Good luck!
