    Crazy things people do: when hubby puts the grass fed lambs fry on the dog side of the freezer. Haha sorry love, that's people food!

    I had the same problem! The 1-3 cups of veges really helped me visualise it. Interestingly, one of the habits I had to break was using a smaller plate for meal 1, they started out being ridiculously high piles of food!
