  1. Thank you missmary. So today is day 3. I had some cravings yesterday but nothing serious. Overall it has been going good. Little tired when I woke up this morning. Have not felt much hunger on these 2 days. But I know it has only been 2 days and things might get harder but not going to think about it too much until/if it happens. So bring on day 3.
  2. Hello mary. Since I did the "normal" whole30 í have become a vegan. So I want to try it again but a vegan version. See if I get the same benefits from it as I did last time. I will get plenty of protein, just from other sources.
  3. Thank you so much for your help. The bread is out at home and I just have to stay away from it at work. I had big breakfast including fat, carb and protein and I am feeling good. Jess, I have thought about why I am doing this and set myself some more specific goals. Thank you for that. Hope your whole30 magic arrives soon.
  4. Hello. How is everyones day going? I fell off the wagon, on day one. Admitting that. So I will start again tomorrow but I hope you don't mind I stay here for the support. I have serious carb/sugar addiction and bread is what failed me this morning. Not good at all but I will learn from this and I will try again. Hope you are doing good.
  5. Hello. I am going to do a whole30, vegan. I have done whole30 before but not as a vegan. My first time went well and I felt really good. It would be great if anyone is starting or already started and wants to join me.

    Starting December 1st

    Hello everyone. I am still on track and doing good if i might say myself. It is easier by the day to turn down food, well not turn it down but not wanting it. Sugar is my main problem and i feel like i don't crave it as i used to. Went to a christmas brunch with my company on sunday. And it went excellent. Did not even want anything on the dessert table. I work out and every day before work at 6:00 am and it is going good. Feeling like things are just getting easier all over. I hope that continues. My mood has been a little all over the place but is stabilizing. I really hope that all off you are feeling the good changes and seeing that stuffing food in your mouth is no solution and just adds on the problems. I am trying to realise it myself. I am a huge motional eater and always feel guilty after and during i eat. The last whole 30 did not do it for me to brake the cycle so i hope i get it more why i do it and stop it once and for all.

    Starting December 1st

    Things are getting a little bit better. Went out for dinner earlier and was kind off scared going but i ate chicken breast and a huge salat. Itwas good and my boyfriend fries did not look good at all. Ok that was a lie but i still had no inrerest eating them which is good!! I have always had acne. Just in my face. I did whole 30 in September and i did it mainly because i wanted to see if it would do something for my skin but sadly it did not. Maybe i need longer time to see progress so here we go again! But those who are interested in progress i made in that month in weight was about 5 kilos. Which is 11 pounds. My brain was also much clearer and focused. I want to be there again. I will be there again. So glad to see how good we are all doing in this group. Really helps reading all your posts and it keeps me motivated.

    @wholelife: Snacking is better than turning to sugar so that is a success and you should be proud off that.

    Hello everyone. Sorry to hear Laurie. Hope you guys had some good news. I have been through every mood in the book these past 3 days. Horrible. I was so close to quitting last night. My brain fed me all the lies in the book why i did not need to go on. I had to reason with myself multible times to make sure i was not going to eat a chocolatebar. And i did not. So weird when your brain "turns" on you. Today is a new day and i have all these speeches lined up in my head if my brain is playing tricks on me again. Think day 2 & 3 are the hardest. I have had headaches but i know why they are so i am just drinking plenty off water and eating enough when i am supose to. Hope everyone is doing well and trucking on :-)

    Hello everyone. Did whole 30 in September and it was amazing. Felt so good. I have issues with food, big issues, but i had a healthy relationship with food during September and it felt so relieving. But since than everything went to hell and further. My relationship with food is the worst now and i feel guilty and depressed every day about my food choices. So here i go again. Was reading the forum during my last whole 30 but was not writing anything but now i have signed up and why not get support from people doing the same and if i can support someone that is a bonus. This will be a good month, i can feel it :-)
