My best breakfast recently was when I rode my bike to work and my wonderful boyfriend brought me my breakfast to eat at my desk. It was a huge salad with many different leaves including spinach & watercress, avocado, apricot & bacon ( bacon here is very meaty and is protein not just fat)

It would be great if I get this side effect too! I could do without my monthly migraine
Mine are definitely levelling out. It's taken a few months of consistent Whole30 eating. I wouldn't say I have an easy time yet but I no longer have estrogen-drop menstrual migraines every month and my cramps and bleeding are manageable whereas I used to not be able to leave the house for 2 days.

Does anyone know what the long term effects of the W30 way of eating is on periods? Does it all even out to a regular cycle over time?

He is, he cooks for me all the time and makes sure it follows protocol. He even eats this way to support me.
