    Appreciate the comments about dessert. I rarely eat sugary foods during the day but boy do I enjoy my sweet dessert in the evening. Today is Day 3 and I'm doing ok with just a cup of plain herbal tea in the evening after dinner. I'm hoping my Whole 30 will help me break this night sweet/snacking habit.

    Compliant deli meat

    I found "GOOD" bacon at Whole Foods. Wellshire sugar free dry rubbed ..... Ingredients are pork, sea salt, spices (pepper, fenugreek, nutmeg, white pepper, mace, allspice). Hurray!
