I am feeling anxiety about the last week too! I have been so focused on doing everything 100% during the W30 that I'm a little afraid of reintroducing foods. I'm going to follow the reintro plan in the book (because it makes me feel better to have a plan), but I've never made it this far before! It's exciting and a little intimidating.

Hi everyone! I haven't checked in for a few days, and today we're experiencing a crazy snow storm (I'm in MD just NW of DC). I have to be honest, I'd love to be curled up with a hot toddy and some terrible food right about now, but plain hot tea is good too. Thanks for the encouragement after my last post. It's so nice to connect with all of you. I hope you're all having a good day 20 (!!) and those that were struggling are starting to feel better. I can honestly say that my relationship with food is changing for the better everyday and I'm just so thankful for this community! I forgot to add! I was at Wegmans purchasing a ton of grass fed meats and delicious veggies and I picked up a bottle of tessemae's dressing and the cashier commented on it. Turns out he is in the middle of a whole30 too! It was great.

Hi all, I am loving reading about your energy and experiences these past few days. Like some others I am feeling much more energetic and HAPPY pretty much all the time. I am loving that. I feel more confident and helpful at work too, which is so important to me. We had a big stressful meeting this week and I kept a big smile on my face all day long. I really struggled with letting stress get to me in the past, so this is a huge victory. I'm still having breakouts and if there's anything that's getting me down, it's my skin. I'm trying to remind myself to be patient and keep going. I hope it clears up at some point. It's just so frustrating. Does anyone have any good skincare recommendations? One final awesome thing, I've never been diagnosed as diabetic, but everyone in my family is so I've been worried about it for a long time. I've always had issues with blood sugar drops if I didn't eat every few hours. But, I am so pleased that since starting the W30 I haven't experienced any low blood sugar, even if I wait for 4-5 hours between meals! This is so great and I am trying to keep my focus on good things like this! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Thanks again everyone for your encouragement. I am happily browsing all of Mel Joulwan's amazing recipes and already making lists for next week. I also ordered Epic's whole 30 starter kit. Looking forward to trying out some of those items. Reading about everyone else's willpower is giving me hope. For whatever reason, I CANNOT stop thinking about chocolate covered pretzels. I've been dreaming about putting them on eggs... like that will somehow make them W30 compliant, haha! So far I haven't caved to the sugar dragon. Hope you are all having a great day 9.

Hi all! Thanks so much for the continued support. Happy to report that the moodiness from last week is mostly gone and I've been getting a ton of sleep. I have so much energy today, and I'm thankful because it's food prep day! I see that others are talking about avoiding food boredom and that's something that's been on my mind too. I'm sure you all already know, but buzzfeed has a few lists of W30 compliant meals (including crock pot recipes, which I love) so I'll be reading through those today. One of the reasons I starting this program is to see if it would help clear up my skin somewhat. I've always been prone to acne, but it's actually been a little bit worse over the past few days. I'm hoping that this is part of "it gets worse before it gets better" and that it'll start to clear up soon. Has anyone else struggled with this? Happy day 7!

Hi all, I'm a 1/4 starter, so I'm on day 4. I've been trying to follow this feed (I'm a total newbie to the forum!) and I'm so grateful for all of the helpful insight. I experienced some fatigue and headaches on days 2 and 3, but that seems to have improved. What I am battling now is mood swings! I know this is the typical Kill ALL the Things stage, but does anyone else feel moody more than irritated? Thanks so much!
