mlcollins4 Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 Hi- I'm on day 10 of the Whole30 challenge. The past two evenings I've attended hot yoga classes. As you can imagine, everyone gets pretty sweaty. Sweat often rolls into my mouth, and I've recently noticed that it's no longer salty. It tastes much like just plain water. Is this normal? bad? I haven't stop using salt completely and often use it to flavor my meals. Nothing crazy, but no different than before starting Whole30. Anyone have any input? Thanks!
