playa viva Posted May 16, 2013 Share Posted May 16, 2013 I am on Day 15 of my FIRST whole 30. This morning for breakfast, was the first time since starting I added 1/2 of a sweet potato to my meal. I was SHOCKED to discover, that the sweet potato was almost too sweet for me. I only finished 1/4. I am amazed that in such a short amount of time, something being "too" sweet caused me to stop eating! Delightful to see the change in my taste buds. Looking forward to my second 1/2 of the 30 days!
