Addierose2603 Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 Hello. Hope everyone is having a good Memorial Day weekend. We are wanting to do a Whole30 challenge at my CrossFit Box. We did a Paleo Challenge in January and wanted to try this. However, I was out in charge of the Whole30 challenge and I'm stuck on how to do it. I'm reading "It all starts with food" but I was hoping y'all had ideas that would help me put the challenge together. What are some ways you have done it and what has and has not worked?
