AryaSnark Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hi all, I'm playing in my very first roller derby bout this weekend! *cue excitement and crippling nervousness* It's an away game, a 4 hour drive in each direction. We'll probably leave the morning of the game, arrive in the afternoon and the game is in the early evening. Any advice on what foods to pack that are good for a road trip and can fuel me before and after a crazy amount of exertion?
