Judy Villano Posted June 14, 2013 Share Posted June 14, 2013 Today is Day 28 for me... lo and behold, my husband put the scale back in the bathroom. I stepped on... and I haven't lost any weight since Day 9. I'm feeling pretty P.O.'ed.... Yes, I went into the Whole9 thinking this would break my weight loss plateau. I do feel great, waking up before my alarm, super energy for workouts, but am having the 3PM slumps again. I really wanted to end this Whole 30 with a huge weight/inch loss on my blog. But, I guess that's not going to happen. booo.... hooo.... I haven't done my measurements. That will wait until tomorrow. Day 30 is actually Sunday and we will be away from the scale and tape measure. I do want to continue this cleaner way of eating. But still irked at the lack of weight loss. I have 2 days to go until reintroduction.-- which I'm terrified of. We will be on vacation for this.. so it will be interesting. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
