Raquel
Im off to PR on July 9th. It's well known that on this beautiful island where my family has its roots, the food is rich in starches. I'm NOT very concerned about the starches, as I'm NOT a rice/potato lover. I am however worried about the foods being cooked in non compliant oils and ingredients. Any suggestions on how I can stay on track?
Jinkse21
Are you still going to be doing the Whole30 challenge then? I, personally, would not do the challenge during that time but try to make the best choices possible, especially if it's not somewhere you go on a regular basis. OR, just ask questions to find out how they make their foods. Enjoy your vacation in PR without stressing over your food options.
