Good luck - those are quite the endeavors to tackle at the same time!! :)

 

I like to work on menu plans.  I feel less overwhelmed if I feel like I know what I'm going to eat.  Then I can use that for grocery shopping, and it feels like other things fall in to place. We're working on a week's worth of plans, but if that's too much, start with breakfast tomorrow, and then pre/post work out (depending on when you train).  It will help once you feel like you have some "go to" stuff to fall back on, too.
