DavidFajardo
I have a co-worker who's just had back surgery for his Bertolotti's syndrome to un-fuse the bones of his hip and lumbar, and was wondering if anyone who has used the whole30 to combat the inflammatory effects and found success? Please let me know, my co-worker has ben in pain for quite some time now, and would think this would help him, and I was just wondering what everyone else thinks. Thank you for any input. Bet
I had bad tendinitis in my elbow and after a few days on W30, the pain was extremely lessened. He may want to try the AI Protocol, which removes more possible inflammatory foods like eggs, nightshades and nuts.
