Ticklesticks Posted July 26, 2013 Share Posted July 26, 2013 After starting the Whole30 program I have been having warm sensations periodically in different spots on my arms and legs. The warm sensation is not painful and it is not warm to the touch. It seems to be in different spots on my arms and legs. The warm sensation seems to slowly expand to cover a larger area. Any ideas? The only thing I've experienced that similar is that I've noticed tingling in my hands and fingers that are new to me. I'm only on day 6. But I have noticed this a bit each day...
