jenna@mymissingfactor
I've posted a link to my "I've done it " post in the 1 July thread, but I thought I'd also post it here. I have an inherited bleeding disorder, and there is no medical advice on preventing illness or managing symptoms any other way except taking your medication/factor injections. I've had success eating in a Whole30 way in managing and even preventing some of my symptoms from occurring. This is by no means a cure, inherited bleeding disorders are congenital - I'm definitely stuck with it. But anything that makes my life easier is a huge win for me. So if you have a congenital condition, this is worth a try. It might just help you too. http://mymissingfactor.wordpress.com/2013/08/01/you-are-what-you-eat/
