mandyspigle
I am finishing up my 2nd Whole 30 and I have had yellow urine the entire time - both times. When I am not on a Whole 30 my urine is almost always clear. I drink a ton of water and only water. I am not a tea or coffee drinker. I don't take any vitamin supplements either. Anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening during the Whole 30 and not any other time?
Karen
Additional vit b from food you eat during whole 30 but not during off-roading? Excess vit b is excreted through urine and gives it a bright yellow color. Just a thought.
healthyAbby
Clear urine isn't actually healthier. When urine is clear it means that your body needs to let go of more water to get rid of more toxins, or you may be too hydrated. If your urine is a pale yellow color on whole 30 then that means you are healthy, and your kidneys are working properly.
