apriln0414 Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 I'm starting my Whole30 today. I've been thinking about it for about 2 weeks now and coming up with excuses for not doing it. One of my biggest excuses for not doing it was that I'd been traveling in NY for a week this month. I made the decision yesterday to just do it. My health is definitely worth a few sacrifices. I've lost 165lbs over the last 20 months. I am ready to step up and continue to become the healthiest me. I started my morning with a delicious Cauliflower and Chicken Hash. I'm going to spend the rest the next couple of hours prepping and cooking my meals for the rest of the week. Hope ya'll have an awesome week!!!!
