Leachaa Whole30 Log

I am starting on day 3 because I am tired and at this moment I cannot remember what I had to eat the last two days.   I know I was compliant, but my mind is gone beyond that. 


Breakfast; two hard boiled eggs, slice of watermelon  (I know I did not get in veggies or good fats in this meal, but my stomach was a little ucky)


Lunch: grilled chicken breast, spinach, carrots, cucumber, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and a plum


Dinner:  grilled chicken breast, mashed cauliflower made with coconut milk and green beans
