Mikiejoy
Oh my goodness, the idea of figuring out chat rooms, forums and logging has already gotten my head spinning, yet alone the Whole 30 diet changes....ok, so I am old 😠This is Day 7, first time through. Finished 2 weeks of Atkins induction first, then inhaled sugar for a day, then started Whole 30 on august 27th. I am making it I believe, but I think I am eating too many macadamias or cashews when the "munchies" hit. Have a 100 pound weight loss goal. I have lost and gained about 85 pounds on various and sundry diets over past 20 years. Kind of nice to have chucked the scale for awhile and just think "healthy". Good luck all.... amberino21
Never too old to start eating better and get healthy!! When you say you get "the munchies", are you actually hungry? Or is it just habit? You shouldn't be getting hungry between meals - perhaps look at your portion sizes and consider increasing them if you're actually getting hungry! If you are hungry between meals though, try to have a proper mini meal of protein, fat and vegies, not just nuts
