Help me save the mayo?

Hi all,

 

I just made the Fail Proof mayo from The Healthy Foodie and she's not kidding. It was fail proof! The problem is, I used half a lime as she suggested and it tastes too limey for me.  

 

Does anyone have some good ideas for how I can turn this limey mayo into some other kind of dressing? The consistency is perfect and I'd hate to waste it.

What about making a southwestern style ranch dressing/dip with chili powder, cumin, fire roasted chilies (chopped), diced tomatoes or tomato paste, dill, garlic, onion and the like? I did something similar a few weeks back as a dip for taco meatballs. Turned out really good!
