Confused about master recipes

I'm confused about the master recipes in ISWF. For the skillets do you cook the ground meat separate from the vegetables? For example the Asian Beef and Broccoli says ground beef, broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, 1 tsp coconut aminos, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and ginger. Or do you cook the vegetables according to the master recipes for vegetables. If you cook all of this separate isn't it too much fat?
