Day ten and feeling great.

 

Still snacking on fruit and nuts.  I'm  moving forward focusing on eating more fat at meals and stopping the between meal snacks.

 

I started crossfit a couple months ago and haven't felt this good in so long I can't remember when. I'm in my mid 50's and hopeful now that the downward spiral in health I was experiencing was not inevitable.
