52Ponds Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Day ten and feeling great. Still snacking on fruit and nuts. I'm moving forward focusing on eating more fat at meals and stopping the between meal snacks. I started crossfit a couple months ago and haven't felt this good in so long I can't remember when. I'm in my mid 50's and hopeful now that the downward spiral in health I was experiencing was not inevitable. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
