First Whole30!

Good morning everyone!

I just completed my pantry/fridge clean out! I have a grocery trip planned today, any advice? I have my recommended list printed out and a few days planned out for meals, however, any advice is greatly appreciated. I am excited and nervous to start this but I know it will be amazing!

What has worked for some of you guys? Making a few meals to start to get through a few days or cooking as it goes? I am very scared of cooking haha. Anyone else starting this week? I know a few groups have started last week and i am very interested in some support!

Have a great day everyone!!

I like using the method outlined in Well Fed: i cook up a couple of big batches of protein - say, a big pan of minced meat & some chicken thighs - plus i keep loads of veg on hand, then i can play pick & mix through the week with different combinations. When i cook a stew or a chilli, I'll make a big batch, then there's enough for that day, a couple of portions for the freezer, & if I'm lucky maybe a helping to have the next day :)
