Hi! My name is Becky and I'm on day 3. I completed a whole30 in June and never felt better. Went off-road WAY too much after reintroduction and I do not like how I feel. I ripped off the band-aid of conventional food and am back to eating from the template. I feel better everyday. I'm working on getting enough sleep right now due to high stress levels which are not helping!

Good luck to you both. It is a great way to live/eat.
