Pumpkin pork chops

Not so much a recipe but an experimention that paid off. I was inspired by the "Amish pumpkin butter" post a few weeks ago.

1can pumpkin, 1can water, 1 peeled grated apple, lots of cinnamon, pinch of salt, splash of lemon. I boiled gently until it reduced and was thick.

I grill my chops with just S&P, topped them with pumpkin butter and crispy fried sweet potato shreds. So yummy!
