ChickenNoodle Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 I am also on the fence....got my first triathlon in mid october and I have developed quite a sugar crutch. Not sure if this is the best time since I am going to be stressing my body with the training (I am way behind due to an injury). Best of luck to you....I will cheer you on!
