New beginnnings

Today is my first day of the Whole30. I am tired of being tired and can't wait to be free from all the processed stuff we tend to eat. I have struggled with diet pop and artificial sweeteners for several years and know they are not good for me. I have wanted to eat more whole foods but didn't know where to begin.

To start off my first day I plan on having eggs with hierloom tomatoes and zuchini with some olive oil.

Welcome aboard! I also am trying to escape the sugar demon (I used to drink a gallon of mio water daily). I only started a few days ago myself (today is day 4).

You'll do great! I find that planning things out helps, even if it's just the night before.
