Whole30 - Day2

It's day 2 of whole30 and I have to admit I am a little "foggy". I am an avid clean eater, so the biggest thing for me to drop were those grains and whey protein. I think I am foggy due to the change of carbohydrates that I made. I got complaints about my chicken breast stinking (boo hoo). Hopefully this will clear and I can feel my best.
