Three weeks in

So i haven't read whole book. I'm following the meal plans. Protein, veggies, fruit and a fat if it's there. I've cut our the nasties for most part. I lost 14 pounds so far. I have no experienced gas or tiredness.. I also don't exactly do the palm, fist and thumb measurements but they are small enough portions. I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing this correctly.

Doing a whole 30 means following the plan, and cutting out all the non-compliant foods.

Eating protein, vegies and fat at every meal, and following the template ensures you get enough food. I would suggest following it for your 3 meals, and pre/postWO food if you're exercising:

Part of the whole 30 is staying off the scale - you shouldn't know that you've lost 14 pounds!
