kylejomo Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Well, here it goes. I've done some more reading and plan today and start 1/2/14. I figure there is no better way to start the new year than working on my health. This is going to be a major change for me. I generally eat a carb heavy diet and eat too much, my glucose is hard to control, I sit at a desk all day, and am starting to feel the aches and pains of my lifestyle way too early for my age.
