Bpositive59 Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 Hi, I started Whole30 on December 26 after having an encounter with someone over the holidays who has been doing it for several months. Needless to say, I didn't have a lot of time to "prep" for it. I started with the Introduction to Whole30 and the shopping list. I have been reading more each day since I started. I am so thankful for the Timeline, it has been pretty much spot on. Having this knowledge has kept me on track. I am close to the end of Day 9. I have felt "fat" yesterday and today and somewhat grumpy. But have stayed on track. Hoping to find some "fellow" whole30ers for support and to swap experiences.
