First timer

So today is day 3 for me. I'm happy to say I've had no headaches or feeling lethargic. I did have alot of trouble sleeping last night. I also have a metallic taste. I'm assuming this is similar to the ketosis that friends have experienced during atkins. Snacking is my biggest trouble right now. Thank god for fruity herbal teas. I've been drinking those at night to keep my hands busy. I'm having a hard time finding breakfast foods besides eggs. Something about ground beef for brekfast does not sound appealing. Tomorrow I'm going to try sweet potato hash with the pork recipe with apples and cinnamon for a savory breakfast change. Wish me luck!
