Booglett Posted January 6, 2014 Share Posted January 6, 2014 Woke up with big headach this moning. 3 Advil cleared that up. Meal 1..... 3 Egg muffins, 1 whole bell pepper, h2O Meal 2...... Turkey burger (infused with spinach and onion), 1/2 sweet potato, 1 cup of rasberries. Meal 3......spinach and greens salad with 1/2 an apple, a sliced turkey patty, half an avocado, bell peppers, and Rasberry vinaigrette ( homemade) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
