sattvakitty Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 I am starting February 3, I have been spending this month cutting out corn and cheese, and refined sugar. I already eat wheat free. I am choosing a date a bit far out because my birthday and a friends' baby shower is at the end of this month. I decided to begin no 1/2 & 1/2 tomorrow after reading the information on the website. Next month will be a continuation of my eating changes, and I will include no soy, alcohol, grains and legumes....should be interesting! I am very excited.
