Starting January 15

I'm starting my first Whole30 on January 15, which is the day after my 35th birthday:) I've been slowly making changes the past week so it won't be too much of a shock to my life, and I'm already amazed at how good I feel when I clean up and eat this way. I have some known grain and nut allergies (buckwheat and walnuts) and I'm hoping to nail down the triggers for my persistent migraines.

Looking forward to digging in in a few days!
