Does anyone know if they have any compliant chicken? I don't want salmon there. It doesn't sound good. They have some beef too but I just can't trust it's safe. That might be a good place to start.I just took a quick peek at it on their website. http://www.bertuccis.com/The filet mignon might work, without the red potatoes and Chianti sauce. Confirm no butter used on the steak or veggies, no bad oils (see if you can dry grill the steak and steam the veggies), and no nasties in any seasonings (e.g., soy, sugar, msg).It also looks like you can get a couple of their salads with grilled chicken (no cheese or croutons).
