Day 8

I didn't realize there was a meal log. As this is my first I would be happy for any advice you can give me

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled in ghee with homemade paleo pesto, small serving of blackberries

Lunch: salad with palm size portion of grilled tuna with homemade mayo and a peach

Dinner: Grilled eggplant (in coconut oil) with two fried eggs on top (ghee) (I wasn't that hungry last night)
