It's a really makes me sad because I love coconut (cinnamon is another allergy which I also miss). Can I substitute anything for the coconut that some of the recipes call for? Thanks! I use almond flour in place of coconut flour in a lot of cases and almond milk. I tried cooking in coconut oil to see f i had a rection and i didn't so for me maybe its a raw vs cooked thing?
