Starting January 25

I have been weaning myself off of sugar and grains for a week now and already seeing results. Following a night out for my boyfriend's bday, I add in no alcohol Saturday, though I don't drink to excess. I have done this before with great results; or something similar, anyway, but have gotten self indulgent. I have ten pounds to lose, and am rehabbing a hip injury, and strength training. I am 51 now, and want to get back to the fitness I enjoyed in my mid forties, doing Tang Soo Do. I will be looking to this forum to feed my brain with positive reinforcement, as I know this will be a big help. Good luck, everyone!
