Whole30 started today - 22 January

All read up and prepared, except for the actual feeling of eating vegetables for breakfast! Will get used to it,I suppose, and I loved my eggs, but added bacon (carefully selected to meet criteria) and can still taste all the fat. Or maybe it was the fat from cooking the sweet potato stuff. Already craving something crunchy and light. It's summer on my side of the world, so I'm going to have a crunchy lettuce chicken salad for lunch. I can see I will be needing to revise my meals plans already, oh well, IT WILL BE WORTH IT! Right?
