Bought some reduced lemons and tangelos at the store for the purpose of juicing them. $1.50/bag for 10 each! Tangelo juice plus homemade mayo....omg I could eat it with a spoon (but I won't) Baked off quite a few chicken breasts(topped with olive oil, some spices and fresh lemon juice)-tomorrow's lunch is a big greens and vegetable salad mixed with roasted chicken, topped with my new salad dressing.
